Case study
12 hours back every week — SEO and content on autopilot

The challenge
A three-person marketing team spent most of a day each month building SEO reports and struggled to keep up with content. Keyword research and briefs were manual, and publishing stalled at two posts a month.
The solution
We built an n8n workflow that automates keyword gap analysis, generates structured content briefs, drafts posts for human review and delivers a monthly SEO report — all connected to their existing CMS, Search Console and Analytics.
The starting point
ScandiOffice sells workspace furniture to businesses across Denmark and Sweden. Their marketing team of three published two blog posts a month and pulled together SEO reports manually in spreadsheets — a process that took most of a day every month.
What we built
We mapped the full content workflow: keyword research, brief creation, first drafts, internal review and monthly reporting. Then we automated the repetitive steps.
Keyword and brief automation — Each week, a workflow pulls search data, identifies gaps against their product pages and generates structured content briefs with target keywords, headings and internal link suggestions.
Draft generation with human review — AI drafts posts from the briefs. A marketer edits and approves before anything goes live. The tone matches ScandiOffice's existing content.
Automated SEO reporting — On the first of each month, a report lands in the team's inbox with rankings, traffic changes and recommended actions — no manual exports from Search Console or Analytics.
Why it worked
The team did not need new tools. We connected Google Search Console, Google Analytics, their CMS and Slack using n8n, with AI steps where judgement was needed.

- Content briefs ready every Monday with keywords, structure and link suggestions
- Blog output went from 2 to 6 posts per month without hiring
- Organic traffic grew 34% in six months on priority product categories
- Team spends saved time on strategy and customer stories instead of admin
Frequently asked questions
Did AI publish content without human review?
No. Every draft goes through a marketer for editing and approval before publishing. AI handles the repetitive first draft; humans keep quality and tone.
How long did implementation take?
The core workflow was live in three weeks. We refined brief templates and reporting over the following month based on team feedback.
